Let’s Get Lost in Gunung Payung Secret Beach : A Journey to the South Bali

Today I will not do a review or give you some beauty tips. I’ll share my experience to the Gunung Payung Secret Beach!!

Yuhuuu~~ excited? Yes! I’m excited!

So first I would tell you how long it took to reach the beach.

It is 30 KM AWAY FROM MY HOUSE AND IT TOOK ABOUT 53 MINUTES TO REACH THE PLACE!

Still excited? You should!

I went to Gunung Payung Secret Beach with my friend and we’re riding a motor cycle.

We bought some snacks from grocery store and some mineral water cause I thought it’ll be really hot!

There’s 2 different way to get the beach. First, you can use the Bali Mandara Highway or for the second choices, you can use the other way which is further than using the highway.

But, since my bf didn’t have a toll card, we have to used the other way and it took longer time than the google maps prediction.

I’d been went to the Uluwatu before, so I must’ve remember the way! You know, it’s really a long ride to the beach!

After an hour, we arrived at the Gunung Payung Secret Beach!!!

I’m really really excited OMG!

Before you get into the beach, you should pay about IDR 5000/person for domestic and about IDR 8000/person for international tourist in the gate.

After pay the entrance ticket, you still have to ride your motorcycle about 5 minutes away to reach the beach.

There’s a parking area there, so you don’t need to worry about your car or motorcycle.

Are we there yet?

NO.

You’ll found a stairs after saw this sign and you MUST have to down the stairs to actually reach the beach!!

It’s not a big deal when you went down, but it’ll be a serious problem (for me) to went up while carried a bag ><”

Well guys, I was too excited and it makes me forgot to take the picture of the street, stairs, and other stuff to help you found this place easier. I’m so sorry L

Really, the view wasn’t disappoint me!

The sands was so clean, the water was really fresh and blue!
and you can see the gradation of the water. it makes you wanna jump and swim, isn't it?

But it’s so damn hot there cause me and my bf arrived at 11 AM!

I suggest you to come earlier in the morning or above 4 PM.

I saw a lot of people surfing at Gunung Payung Secret Beach. It’s a good place for surfing cause the waves was so good~

There’s many best place to take photos here! You should take some photos when you planned to go to Gunung Payung Secret Beach!

It’s a good place to go if you wishing private or quite place to relax. I’m sure this is a good place for you to relax from school, work, etc!

And don’t forget to bring your rubbish back and throw it to the garbage!  Save the planet!
